Image Library Example

The Image Library script is an extremely easy way to manage a large libary of photos.

All you as an administrator has to do is upload a set of folders to the webserver via FTP, and they will show up on your site, as demonstrated here. Optionally, as a logged in admin user, you may edit the title and description of each file. These are stored in a simple database table.

Each file is checked, and if it's an image, the system automatically creates a thumbnail of the image for display here. This is cached for speed, and then turned into a link to the fullsize file. Try clicking on any of the images below.

This system can support almost any image type, and even PDF's.
